These guys need a wake up call. The competition online is completely different. Players have a genuine choice online and they don't have to settle for second rate service just because there's nowhere else to go.

In fairness, the responsive Grosvenor Casino mobile website isn't terrible. It isn't perfect either though. On the face of it, the appearance is OK, but half of the navigation menu disappears on the small screen and there's no obvious way to access it. Also, the text on the game icons is really tiny. So unless you have a magnifying glass, you can't tell what the icons are actually for. The only way to find out is to physically click each one. It's a horrible user experience.
